We deliver smart energy, low carbon solutions for our customers.

In this dual role, we're looking for Delivery Drivers/Warehouse Operations Specialists to work with our expanding low carbon technology installation teams and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. This is a new operation and role, offering the opportunity to shape and develop as we grow. We've moved into a new, high-tech Distribution Centre with unique features like a slide. At Octopus, the customer is at the heart of everything we do, and our diverse, friendly field force delivers the experience Octopus Energy customers love.

What you'll do

• Drive, collect, and deliver goods to sites nationally using a company-provided (BIG PINK) Luton Van (fuel and insurance provided)
• Provide site support to engineers and customers, ensuring goods are left securely and practically
• Represent the company by offering exceptional delivery service
• Manage warehouse operations including Goods In, Goods Out, Pack Build, Goods Assembly, Returns, and Stock Control, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe site
• Support additional tasks such as vehicle pickups, maintenance, equipment cleaning/servicing, and inventory checks

What you'll need

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre
• Physically fit for multi-drop driving and warehouse tasks
• Confident, friendly, proactive communication with customers
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 3 points)
• Experience driving and operating a ton Luton Van or similar, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 – 22:00, with rotas available 3 weeks in advance and some flexibility required
