About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers contribute to customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
2. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
3. Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
7. Assisting in the warehouse when needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous experience as a delivery driver
• Understanding of high standards of customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
