We're Hiring: Delivery Driver (Engineering / Aerospace Sector)

Join a well-established aerospace engineering company in Dorset, specialising in the supply and delivery of high-precision components.

We are looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to transport aerospace parts to various customer sites and internal facilities.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm (12.30pm finish Friday)

Salary: £13.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

1. Deliver aerospace components safely and efficiently across customer sites and company locations.
2. Load and unload vehicle, ensuring goods are handled with care.
3. Complete delivery paperwork accurately and report any issues.
4. Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure the van is maintained and presentable.
5. Represent the company professionally to clients and partners.
6. Assist in warehouse duties when not on the road.

What We're Looking For:

1. Must be over 25 for insurance purposes with a Full UK driving licence (clean preferred).
2. Local Dorset and Hampshire deliveries, with some national routes up to 300 miles.
3. Previous experience in a delivery role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace.
4. Good communication and time management skills.
5. Ability to lift and move heavy or awkward items safely.
6. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience handling aerospace or technical components.
2. Forklift licence or manual handling certification.
