Job summary

Black Sea Delivery is recruiting Delivery Drivers at its Southampton depot. You will collect routes from the Southampton depot and complete deliveries across the allocated area using a company-provided, fully insured van.

A minimum of four days per week is required, with up to six days possible depending on demand. Daily pay is provided with an initial daily rate of £136.70 + VAT, minus a van charge, plus the possibility of a weekly performance bonus based on parcel volume.

Qualifications

• Valid UK or EU driving licence required.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No DR, DG or TT endorsements.
• Reliable and able to commit to at least 4 days per week.
• Confident driving a van and working independently.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Previous van-driving experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect route from Southampton depot and complete deliveries across allocated area using company van.
• Deliver to customer locations in designated areas.
• Work a minimum of 4 days per week and up to 6 days depending on availability.
• Attend induction and complete training as required.

Are you a confident driver looking for regular work, a van provided and the opportunity to earn additional weekly performance bonuses?

Black Sea Delivery is recruiting Delivery Drivers from its Southampton depot. Previous delivery experience is not essential, although previous van-driving experience would be beneficial.

You will be provided with an insured van, receive paid training and have the opportunity to earn an additional weekly bonus based on your own delivered parcel volume when the company achieves the required performance rating.

What You'll Receive

• Daily rate of £136.70 + VAT

Drivers can earn an additional weekly performance bonus when the company achieves a Fantastic or Fantastic Plus performance rating.

The bonus is calculated using the number of parcels you personally deliver during the qualifying week. The company has achieved a qualifying performance bonus every week so far in 2026, giving drivers a genuine opportunity to earn approximately £60-£100 extra per week depending on individual performance and parcel volume.

About the Role

You will collect your route from the Southampton depot and complete deliveries across the allocated delivery area using a company-provided, fully insured van.

We are looking for reliable drivers who can commit to a minimum of four days per week. You can work up to six days per week, depending on availability and operational requirements.

Working Pattern & Start Times

Drivers are required to work a minimum of 4 days per week and can work up to 6 days per week.

The depot is moving to a multi-cycle operation from 8 September 2026, so route and start times are changing. Updated timings will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

• Marchwood
• Dibden
• Blackfield
• Brockenhurst
• Lymington
• New Milton
• Christchurch

Delivery areas are expected to change during September/October 2026 as depot operations develop, so final route areas will be confirmed during recruitment.

Induction & Right to Work

Inductions are held Monday to Saturday between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Candidates will need to provide appropriate Right to Work evidence at induction, such as:

• A birth certificate together with proof of National Insurance number
