Self-Employed Core Delivery Driver

As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers, you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and better financial rewards, along with the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. No experience needed; the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Competitive Rates
Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn between £18 - £20 per hour (paid per parcel). Our rates are enhanced considering business mileage and operational costs, making it a total gamechanger.

Payment Options
Yodel offers flexible payment options: access earnings from the next day via our app with Onsi or join a weekly payment cycle after four weeks of service. Both options provide more regular payments for your delivery services.

Parcel Delivery Opportunities
There are plenty of parcels to deliver, weighing up to 15kg and varying in size. You can deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels an hour, six days a week. The more parcels you deliver, the higher your earnings.

Flexibility and Route Planning
Plan your own route or use our award-winning app with simple instructions and built-in optimization. Communicate directly with customers and manage your deliveries efficiently.

Consistent Local Work
Deliver parcels for major retailers, ensuring a steady stream of work. Stay local, familiarize yourself with the area, and build customer relationships.

Requirements

No experience necessary; full training provided. To get started, you need:

• Access to insured car or van (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Full UK or EC/EEA Driving Licence
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK

• Proof of own bank account
• A positive attitude
