Job Overview

As a Delivery Driver for LKQ Euro Car Parts, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards, working effectively as part of a team, and delivering excellent customer service. Reporting to the Driver Controller, your focus will be on fulfilling our customer promise consistently. Delivery drivers are key to enhancing branch performance and operational standards aligned with our organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize deliveries efficiently and maintain relevant records.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by being courteous and helpful, reporting any issues with goods or services.
• Generate additional sales during deliveries using marketing and promotional materials.
• Provide market intelligence regarding competitors and business opportunities to management.
• Drive the delivery vehicle safely, adhering to traffic laws and company policies, and report any license issues.
• Keep the vehicle clean, perform daily checks, and report damages.
• Follow procedures for accidents and insurance claims, reporting incidents promptly.
• Securely collect and accurately record payments for cash on delivery invoices.
• Prioritize health and safety for yourself and others.
• Report vehicle defects and assist in scheduled maintenance.
• Support warehouse operations, including stock management and audits.
