Job summary

C&W Transport LTD. is hiring self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers at our Exeter depot. You’ll handle multi-drop routes, with routes averaging around 9 hours per shift and a handheld device for navigation and scanning. Training is provided and paid, with no prior delivery experience required and weekly payment.

We offer two options: own van or van rental, with weekly earnings per route and attractive joining bonuses. Work is year-round and drivers come from across Devon to Exeter.

Job description

Van rental £110 a week, the lowest in the market. Self-employed delivery driver, Exeter. £185 to £205 per route plus mileage, paid weekly. Individual bonuses apply! We are hiring self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers at our Exeter depot. Work is available all year round, you get paid every week, and you can be on the road within days. You do not need delivery experience. We train you, and you get paid for your training days. You do not need to live in Exeter either. Our drivers come in from all over Devon.

What the work involves

• Multi-drop parcel delivery on a set route out of our Exeter depot
• Around 9 hours per route, using a handheld device for navigation and scanning
• Loading your van at the depot, then delivering to homes and businesses
• Full time and part time available, from 3 to 6 routes a week

Pay

You get paid for every route you complete. We offer two options: Own van or Rent van.

• Option 1: Own van – £185 to £205 per route, including £1.80 a day towards your phone – Mileage per mile on top – £600 joining bonus, subject to terms and conditions
• Option 2: Rent van – £185 to £200 per route depending on the van, including £1.80 a day towards your phone – Mileage per mile on top – £400 joining bonus, subject to terms and conditions – Van rental at £110 a week, the lowest weekly rate in the market

Van rental and VAT

Van rental at £110 a week, the lowest weekly rate in the market VAT registered? We pay the VAT on top of your route rate. The lowest van rent in the market Rent one of our vans for £110 a week. That covers the van, the insurance, the maintenance and the wear and tear. Compare it against anything else in last mile delivery and you will not find better.

Weekly performance bonus

• 3 routes: £15
• 4 routes: £25
• 5 routes: £30
• 6 routes: £40

Top Performer bonus, 30 August to 26 December 2026. On top of the weekly performance bonus, we run a Top Performer bonus. Every week in this period, the best performing driver at Exeter gets a full tank of fuel for the following week, on us. That is 17 weeks of it. It goes on delivery performance, so you are in the running from your first week.

What you could earn

Own van, 6 routes at the top rate of £205 :

• Routes: 6 x £205 = £1,230
• Performance bonus: £40
• Your week: £1,270, plus mileage

Rented van, 6 routes at the top rate of £200 :

• Routes: 6 x £200 = £1,200
• Performance bonus: £40
• Less van rental: £110
• Your week: £1,130, plus mileage
