As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers, you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and better financial rewards, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. No experience is necessary, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect

Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn between £18 - £20 per hour (paid per parcel). We're committed to delivering promises as well as parcels, which is why we're enhancing our rates, considering business mileage and operational costs. This is a real gamechanger.

Daily & Weekly Payment Options

Yodel offers flexible payment options to all Self-Employed delivery drivers. You can access earnings from the next day via an app provided by our early access partner, Onsi, or join the weekly payment cycle scheme, which starts after 4 weeks of completed deliveries.

Both options allow you to receive more regular payments for your delivery services.

We have plenty of parcels to deliver

There are ample parcels to deliver, providing a great earning opportunity. Parcels weigh up to 15kg and vary in size. You can realistically deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels an hour, depending on the area and your experience, over a 6-day week. The more you deliver, the more you can earn by taking on additional parcels.

You can plan your own route or use our user-friendly app with simple instructions and built-in optimisation to help you plan efficiently and liaise directly with customers.

We'll offer regular work in the same area, 6 days a week

We deliver parcels for some of the biggest retailers, ensuring a steady flow of parcels. You'll stay local, get to know the roads and customers, and enjoy consistent work.

We'll develop and support you
