Job summary

Bidfresh is hiring a Delivery Driver to perform multi-drop deliveries of fresh ingredients to restaurants and catering businesses across your route. You will be the face of Bidfresh, delivering orders safely, accurately and on time while providing excellent service.

You’ll load and unload, carry out vehicle checks, and maintain strong customer relationships on a day-to-day basis. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work 40 hours across 5 days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes) is required.
• Experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across your route.
• Deliver fresh and multi-temperature products safely and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and represent the Bidfresh brand.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Follow delivery schedules with high accuracy and meet food safety standards.

Salary: £26,540 per annum plus up to £450 quarterly bonus

Join Bidfresh as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What you'll be doing

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
