Job summary

Bidfresh Limited is seeking a Delivery Driver for multi-drop routes across the Birmingham area. You’ll deliver fresh ingredients to restaurants and catering customers, ensuring orders are accurate, on time and handled with care.

This role is customer-facing, requires a full UK driving licence up to 3.5 tonnes, good numeracy and literacy, and a reliable, independent work ethic. Full training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes) is required.
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Good literacy and numeracy; basic IT skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across your route.
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature products safely and on time.
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand.
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Following delivery schedules with high accuracy.
• Ensuring deliveries comply with food safety standards.

Delivery Driver / Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5T)

Join Bidfresh as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What you'll be doing

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

What we're looking for

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial
• Strong customer service and communication skills
