The Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will handle delivery and collection of products, providing exceptional pre- and post-sale service to maximize customer value and product efficiency. Your engaging personality will help inspire customers and colleagues about our latest products, technology, and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Product Genius and Key Account Management teams on delivery, collection, and asset management at customer sites.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency, reduce travel time and fuel consumption.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to verify equipment condition and completeness.
• Supervise loading and unloading, ensuring equipment is secure and protected during transit.
• Monitor delivery progress and address delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and return authorizations.
• Collaborate with the Product Genius team for scheduling and logistics of demonstrations and training.
• Update job progress using the company's internal system via tablet.
• Ensure compliance with storage instructions, customer guidelines, PA testing dates, and legislative requirements like manual handling.
