Job summary

Bidfresh Limited is seeking a Delivery Driver for a 40-hour week based at Unit 5, East Duck Lees Lane, EN3 7SR. You will carry out multi-drop deliveries, ensuring fresh ingredients reach restaurants and catering customers on time and in good condition.

You’ll act as the face of Bidfresh, delivering great service and building customer relationships on every stop. The role requires a full UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonnes), strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes).
• Previous Delivery/Van Driver experience is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills.
• Physically fit and able to manual handling.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across your route.
• Deliver fresh and multi-temperature products safely and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the Bidfresh brand.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow delivery schedules with high accuracy.
• Ensure deliveries comply with food safety standards.

About the role

Delivery Driver / Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5T)

Location: Unit 5, Distribution Park, East Duck Lees Lane, EN3 7SR

Salary: £26,540.80 per annum plus £1 per hour attendance bonus so £28,620.80

Hours: 40h per week 5 days out of 6

Join Bidfresh as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What you'll be doing

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
