Job summary

Bidfresh is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our team in Enfield, delivering fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers along your route. You will complete multi-drop deliveries, ensure orders are accurate and on time, and present the Bidfresh brand with professionalism at every stop.

This is more than a driving role: you’ll be out on the road daily, loading and unloading products, carrying out vehicle checks, and upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence valid for up to 3.5 tonnes.
• Experience as a delivery driver or related role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual handling.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to good service.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across your route.
• Deliver fresh, multi-temperature products safely and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and represent Bidfresh professionally.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow delivery schedules with high accuracy.
• Ensure deliveries comply with company and food safety standards.

Delivery Driver / Multi-Drop Van Driver (3.5T)

Location: Unit 5, Distribution Park, East Duck Lees Lane, EN3 7SR

Salary: £26,540.80 per annum plus £1 per hour attendance bonus so £28,620.80

Hours: 40h per week 5 days out of 6

Join Bidfresh as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What you'll be doing

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route


• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time


• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery


• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally


• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently


• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects


• Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy


• Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

What we're looking for

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)


• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills


• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling


• Reliable, organised and able to work independently


• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
