Delivery Driver / Roundsperson – Join Cotteswold Dairy in Hereford

Are you looking for a hands-on, customer-focused role in a family-owned business? Cotteswold Dairy is hiring a Milk Delivery Driver to join our Hereford team, delivering quality dairy products across the rural landscapes and town centers of Herefordshire and South Wales. With an annual salary plus commission opportunities up to £5,800 per year, this role offers rewarding work in scenic locations.

Summary
Working Shifts: Four nights per week across Monday - Sunday
Hours: 38 hours per week
Start Times: The majority of rounds commence between 2100 - 0200 as a guide

As a Milk Delivery Driver, you’ll be the trusted face of Cotteswold Dairy, ensuring prompt and reliable service for customers in both charming rural areas and bustling towns. From farm lanes to city streets, you’ll handle all aspects of delivery, using electronic handheld devices for order processing and payments. With every interaction, you’ll uphold Cotteswold Dairy’s high standards of customer service and quality.

Your main duties will include:

- Deliver dairy and related products to residential customers across diverse areas, including remote rural routes and town centers.
- Process orders and manage invoices with handheld electronic devices.
- Load and unload vehicles accurately, securing products for safe delivery.
- Adapt to varying start times based on round completion, accommodating customer needs and occasional weather challenges.

Delivery Driver Working Hours

- 4 nights per week, minimum 38 hours, following a “job & finish” structure.
- Start times generally between 23:00 and 02:00, with flexibility based on each route.
- Up to 4 additional shifts per year may be required.

This is a physically active role involving night shifts, early mornings, and manual handling.
