Job description

As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers, you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and better financial rewards, along with the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. No experience is necessary, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Compensation and Payment Options

1. Competitive Rates: Earn GBP18 - GBP20 per hour (paid per parcel). Our rates are enhanced considering mileage and operational costs, making it a competitive earning opportunity.
2. Payment Flexibility: Choose daily or weekly payments. Daily payments are available via an app from our partner Onsi, and weekly payments follow a 4-week cycle after initial deliveries.

Delivery Opportunities

We have a high volume of parcels, each weighing up to 15kg, with varying sizes. You can deliver between 16-25 parcels an hour, 6 days a week. The more parcels you deliver, the higher your earnings.

Flexibility and Support

• Route Planning: You can plan your own route or use our app with built-in optimization to assist you.
• Consistent Work: We provide regular work in the same area, allowing you to stay local and build relationships with customers.
• Support: Full independence of self-employment with backing from our expert team and access to a Yodel representative.

Daily Routine

Your day is flexible—you can plan routes, scan parcels upon delivery, and arrange parcel collection times. Rural areas may have parcel drops directly to you.

Requirements to Get Started
