Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to bring Waitrose produce and Partner‑led service to customers’ doors. When not on the road you'll support the shop with daily tasks like stock replenishment and housekeeping.

This role requires a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points, excellent customer service and the ability to work independently, with flexible hours and DBS checks where required.

Qualifications

• Full valid B-category UK manual licence with max 6 points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Able to lift crates and move heavy items.
• Independent, self-motivated and adaptable.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare the van for deliveries.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and road compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the road as an ambassador for Waitrose/John Lewis.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport.
• Support shop team with general duties as needed.
