Responsibilities

• Candidate Relationships: identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships, including face-to-face interactions.
• Talent Sourcing: seek skilled individuals for permanent and temporary opportunities.
• Recruitment Support: maintain databases and candidate profiles, provide admin support.
• Permanent Recruitment: assist in matching high-quality candidates to permanent white collar roles.
• Client Relationships: build strong relationships with clients to support repeat business.
