Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM – placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US
• Working directly with the Co-Founder on projects supporting Delivery
• Experience working with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups, including companies like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management

This role is for a Delivery Consultant with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The firm works with early-stage startups, helping them reach IPO or acquisition through building GTM and technical functions.

They are the go-to GTM team builders for several Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
