Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Associate Consultants to VP/SVP levels into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management

This role is for a Delivery Consultant working with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The firm works with early-stage start-ups, helping them reach IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical teams.

They are recognized GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience in the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements worldwide.

Good education, literacy, and communication skills are essential.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
