Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Have GTM experience – placing AC’s through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Work directly with the Co-Founder on projects supporting Delivery.
• Collaborate with VCs/PEs that invest in start-ups including SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Focus on candidate qualification skills and process management.

The firm works with early-stage startups, helping them grow to IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical functions. They are the go-to GTM team builders for Silicon Valley's biggest funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
