I am looking for someone that might feel capped at their current company or just wants to shake the bag and pursue a new challenge as a Delivery Consultant. Gold Group is an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) recruitment company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, with a team of Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers, and Delivery Consultants.

We currently operate in several industries including Construction & Telecoms, Defence & Aerospace, Engineering, and Renewables which are our key markets at present.

Main Duties:

Responsible for Vacancy Management
Job advertising & candidate attraction - search & selection using company CRM, online job boards, and various social media platforms
Making high volume calls on a daily basis to suit requirements
Conduct telephone screening for all applicants responding to adverts

Looking for:

Resourcing experience (Desirable)
Driven and motivated individual
Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
