Due to demand, we are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team initially as a Delivery Consultant. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference in the recruitment industry. Right now, we are a small team with big plans to become the go-to partner of choice across the UK within our specialist sectors (Construction / Healthcare / Automotive / Sales).

The successful candidate will join the Commercial team servicing a warm desk of clients with scope to progress into a 360 Consultant role. Our priority requirements sit across the Automotive and Healthcare divisions; if you have previous experience in Sales/Recruitment or have worked in one of these industries, then let's have a conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
2. Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
3. Screen and assess candidate applications to ensure alignment with client needs and job specifications.
4. Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments, providing support throughout the recruitment process.
5. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database.
6. Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
