Job description

Job Title: Delivery Consultant - German Speaking

Salary: Negotiable

This is an excellent opportunity to join TXM Recruit and work on a Global RPO within the Intralogistics market. The account has continued to grow over the past 3 years, and with a new RPO secured, we’re looking to strengthen our team.

We aim to expand our strong European team with a German-speaking recruiter. In this role, you will focus on Engineering recruitment across the DACH region. You will be involved in multiple recruitment projects, from initial planning to delivery against hiring plans.

• Build knowledge of our client, their solutions, and the skills needed to serve their needs.
• Collaborate with account leadership to understand project plans and requirements for effective recruitment solutions.
• Engage with clients to support successful recruitment outcomes.
• Resourcing: Understand the job briefs, identify and engage talent to build suitable pools for projects.
• Technical screening: Gain knowledge of Maintenance of Automated Machinery to assess candidates effectively.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer and onboarding processes on behalf of clients.
• Reporting: Collect market insights and talent pool data.
• Administration: Use ATS for record-keeping and reporting.

Experience required:

• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency in CV screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Creative sourcing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset for analyzing recruitment activities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Engineering recruitment is a plus.
