Job summary

Stott and May is seeking a Delivery Consultant in London. Hybrid role with 3 days on-site, focused on building strong candidate relationships, sourcing talent across top brands, and delivering quality hires.

You will interview, qualify, and understand each candidate’s story while maintaining accurate records, advising on market trends and salary insights, and collaborating with clients to present compelling shortlists.

• Interview, qualify, and get to the heart of each candidate's story.
• Keep candidate records sharp, accurate, and up to date.
• Be a trusted advisor—giving candidates and clients insight into market trends, salaries, and opportunities.
• Champion your candidates to clients through compelling shortlists and CVs.
• Always deliver honest feedback and a positive, transparent experience.
• Help improve client and candidate satisfaction—measured through feedback and care scores.
• Manage offers and collaborate with our compliance team to get everything over the line.
• Build long-term relationships that position Stott and May as a go-to partner.
