Overview

TRC Group specializes in delivering Temporary and Permanent solutions across Industrial, Transport & Logistics, Healthcare, Technical, Commercial, Engineering and Procurement & Supply Chain, M&E and Power & Energy sectors. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our Transport & Logistics Division and support our aggressive growth plans for 2026/27.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively and reactively resourcing candidates.
• Manage a full candidate journey from application to placement.
• Advertising.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, candidate management, employment pre‑screening and onboarding.
• Proven background in high volume roles.
• Proven background in solid administration roles.
• Organised approach; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity.
• Ability to work accurately at pace.
• Excellent IT skills; proficient in MS Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Self‑motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to personal development.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and lead by example.
• Must have a sense of humour – this job is not easy, so you need grit, determination and a personality.
• Must live within a commutable distance of Leeds LS28.
