Brandon Hire Station is looking for a Driver/Branch Assistant to spend much of the day out delivering and collecting equipment, then returning to base to join the branch team. This role suits someone who enjoys being on the road and delivering great customer service.

You will demonstrate equipment to customers, drive a company vehicle, and help with branch duties. A full UK driving licence and multi-drop experience are essential.

Formación

• Customer service skills applied on the road and in branch.
• Multi-drop driving experience required and knowledge of local area essential.
• Basic knowledge of machinery and safety awareness; full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all deliveries and collections as allocated by your line manager.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers on site when required.
• Provide professional customer service while at customers' premises and while driving the company vehicle.
• Ensure equipment is stored safely in branch and in transit.
• Assist with ad hoc duties within the branch as needed.
