Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will primarily work within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relationships and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies. Your main responsibility will be sourcing the best talent for our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a streamlined service
• Build strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Act as an ambassador through interaction with clients and candidates
• Provide an excellent customer and candidate experience
