Delivery Associate / Consultant

3pm finish on Fridays – 37.5 hours a week contract

Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relations and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.

Your role is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for different clients across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing the best talent for our clients.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Duties:

• Build, maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
