Position Overview
JD Logistics is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Delivery and Installation Driver to handle the delivery of customer orders, provide value-added services, and perform on-site product installations. This role plays a vital part in shaping the customer experience and ensuring end-to-end satisfaction with JD’s bulky or technical product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently transport goods from the delivery station to customers' homes, ensuring on-time and damage-free delivery of items—especially large or bulky products such as appliances and furniture.
Provide professional customer service during each delivery, including unpacking, positioning products, and removing packaging materials as needed.
Conduct basic product installation according to company guidelines and customer requirements (e.g., connecting appliances, assembling furniture). Ensure functionality and customer acceptance before completing the delivery.
Represent JD Logistics with professionalism and courtesy. Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Follow all road safety regulations and company operational procedures. Maintain vehicle condition and report any service needs or incidents promptly.
