Job Title: Deliverer
Location: Oldham
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £100 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

We’re working with a fantastic complex needs school in Oldham that provides a warm, structured and nurturing environment for pupils aged 11–16. Many of the young people have a combination of learning difficulties, communication needs, Autism and SEMH, and the staff team work hard to ensure every child receives the right level of care, consistency and encouragement.

They’re looking for a Deliverer to join their close-knit team — someone who can help pupils engage in learning, develop life skills and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role:
  • Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups, adapting activities to meet individual needs.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils manage their emotions.
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a calm, engaging environment.
  • Celebrating every small success along the way!
Candidate Requirements:
  • Has experience supporting children or young people (school, residential or care setting).
  • Is patient, compassionate and great at building relationships.
  • Can stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.
  • Truly wants to make a difference in a complex needs setting.
