Henderson Group is seeking a Delish Deli Team Member in Lisburn to join our fast-paced retail dining team. This part-time role requires delivering friendly, efficient service at the deli counter, and preparing fresh items while adhering to hygiene standards.

With shifts including weekdays and weekends, you will be supported by a team and offered development opportunities within our Uk/Ireland network. Training will be provided, and you’ll be part of a respected NI employer.

Qualifications

• No previous retail or foodservice experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer focus and a positive attitude is essential.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and follow food safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Provide first-class service at the deli counter.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods in line with food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy; assist with kitchen duties.
• Work with colleagues to keep SPAR Bakery and Delish deli counters appealing.
• Undertake other duties as required.

Delish Deli Team Member

Pay rates ranging from £12.10 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Part-time position available at 16 hours per week, working within Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday, 6:00am to 4:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don't worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we'll provide you with all the right training.

Working Hours

Part-time position available at 16 hours per week, working within Monday to Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday, 6:00am to 4:0pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift pattern in further detail at Interview.
