Henderson Group is hiring a Delish Deli Team Member for Spar Cohannon, 212 Ballynakilly Road, Dungannon, BT71 6HJ. The role offers variety in a busy deli environment with early starts and weekend shifts. Pay ranges from £12.10 to £13.45 per hour, with additional benefits and career progression opportunities.

Position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 5am–5pm. Full training provided and a supportive team across Henderson Group’s retail and foodservice divisions.

• No prior retail or foodservice experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Provide first-class service to all customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to keep SPAR Bakery and Daily deli fresh and appetizing.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Position in store: 37.5 hours (5 days out of 7) per week working within the opening hours of the department Monday to Sunday, 5am - 5pm, weekends will be required as part of this role.

Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. As Daily Deli Team Member you will:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Daily deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don't worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we'll provide you with all the right training.

Working Hours

Positions instore:

37.5 hours per week working within the opening hours of the department Monday to Sunday, 5am - 5pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Weekend shifts will be required as part of this role.
