Lina Stores, London-based iconic Italian delicatessen and restaurant group, is seeking a Delicatessen Supervisor to lead daily deli operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage stock, deliveries and opening/closing procedures, support training, and ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are upheld, while mentoring a hands-on team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Supervisor or Senior Team Member in deli/retail/hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food and retail products; Italian food preferred.
• Organised with stock management and daily operations.
• Hands-on team player with example-led leadership.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day running of the deli and support the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support coffee and food preparation, retail sales and daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and stock presentation.
• Help manage deliveries and stock levels.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are followed.
