About The Role - Delicatessen Manager Opportunity

You will be responsible for stock management, setup, presentation, and the successful running of the delicatessen. Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both Italian and English, with prior managerial experience in a delicatessen or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, with prior kitchen experience.
• A natural leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• A passionate ambassador of Italian cuisine and exceptional customer service.
• Excellent delegation and team management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
