Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Deli Team Member to join our NI-based team. This part-time role involves early start hours (6:00am–7:00pm) across a 16-hour week, with flexibility. You will help customers, prepare fresh foods, and uphold high hygiene standards in a lively deli environment.

No prior retail or foodservice experience is required as full training is provided; we value personality, energy and a positive attitude that makes customers smile. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.
Part-time position available at 16 hours per week, working within the hours of 6:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. As Deli Team Member you will:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training.
