ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to internal growth, we are hiring a Deli Team Leader at our Cotswolds farmshop. You will oversee one of the highest traffic areas of the farmshop, a key focal point for Daylesford’s food offerings. Use your people skills and experience to ensure the highest quality service is maintained and delivered to our customers.

Details:

• Full Time: 40 Hours, any 5 days out of 7
• Salary: £13.95 Per hour + Tronc

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the farm’s values when engaging with guests
• Showcase your knowledge and passion for our deli counter enthusiastically
• Ensure every guest receives warm, efficient, and attentive service
• Contribute to our social and environmental goals, supporting our journey as a B Corp and sustainability vision
• Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a positive impact
