Musgrave Group is seeking a friendly Deli Assistant for Centra Barbican Newcastle to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining deli standards.

You will assist with food preparation, serving customers, stock management and cleaning, with full training provided. GCSE Maths/English and Basic Food Hygiene are preferred, and HACCP experience is valued. Flexibility to work days and weekends is required.

Competenze

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
• HACCP/food safety knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate held or training available.

Mansioni

• Food preparation in line with food safety standards.
• Complete food safety paperwork and documentation.
• Cook and serve food while delivering a great customer experience.
• Assist deli supervisor with ordering, stock taking and displays.
• Daily and deep cleaning of deli areas and equipment.
• Cover shop floor tasks or till operation with training when required.
