Aon Reinsurance Solutions (UK) – P&C MGA Broker

We’re hiring!

Aon is recruiting a P&C MGA broker for the MGA Segment team in London. This role involves working with senior brokers/Account Executives to drive broking and growth strategies, and supporting junior brokers and account managers in client services.

The broker will coordinate and contribute to marketing and negotiation of delegated authorities and MGA transactions within Lloyd’s and the global Company Market across all product lines, in line with market strategy.

This role marks an exciting phase as the team expands to support a broader range of products across Aon Reinsurance UK and the wider Aon community, aiming for significant targets.

About the Role

As a broker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) placements, including Binding Authorities and Alternative Distribution Transactions;
• Supporting MGA clients and colleagues on DUA placement design, coverage, capacity, pricing, and market improvements;
• Collaborating with Analytics and Modelling teams for market analysis and strategy development;
• Applying Aon United capabilities for MGA/DUA and insurance clients;
• Supporting MGA Team revenue goals;
• Providing strategic and specialist advice to clients and colleagues;
• Collaborating effectively across segments and mentoring team members;
• Building strategic relationships to support long-term client strategies;
• Ensuring compliance with Aon UK policies and risk management frameworks.
