Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the referral and override process.
  • Ensure data quality from Broking Platform and Contract Builder for reporting.
  • Serve as the focal point for queries and query resolution regarding project processes and best practices.
  • Resolve issues raised by internal stakeholders, carriers, and auditors.
  • Obtain market agreement for contracts and changes, including fees and charges.
  • Oversee production of client contract and invoicing documentation.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Operations Team for delivery of contracts, endorsements, risk bordereaux, and premium monitoring.
  • Support the project leader with business support.
  • Implement and deliver contractual outcomes for Canopius and the market.
  • Support and facilitate business changes through project rollout.

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Delegated Authority Analyst to work for our client within the insurance sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.

Our client is seeking a talented Delegated Authority Analyst to join a worldwide broking initiative supporting a project launching in Great Britain and North America, with plans for global expansion. The role involves providing relevant data and information at Carrier Engagement Meetings, reporting throughput and performance, market developments, risk and issue resolution, escalation, and sharing feedback from Clients, Brokers, and Insurers.
