A leading London market insurer is looking for a Delegated Audit Manager to run the annual delegated audit plan and collaborate with underwriting and claims teams. You'll ensure audits deliver value and meet Lloyd’s expectations while tracking remediation. Join a well respected and continually growing London market specialty insurer, where you’ll set the standard for delegated audit oversight. You’ll shape and run the delegated audit programme, support the third-party audit portfolio, and partner closely with underwriting, claims and market stakeholders.

The Role

• Running the annual delegated audit plan, blending in-house reviews with partner-led audits across coverholders, DCAs, consortia and lineslips.
• Partnering with underwriting, claims, compliance and brokers to resolve issues quickly and prevent repeat findings.
• Tracking remediation through to closure and produce clear MI and committee papers that show what was tested, what was found and what’s been fixed.
• Holding external providers to account on scope, quality and SLAs so every audit delivers tangible value.
• Sharing best practice across the team and keep the approach aligned to Lloyd’s expectations and market standards.

What You’ll Bring

• You bring hands-on delegated audit experience in the Lloyd’s/London market and be comfortable owning the plan end-to-end.
• A track record of working with underwriters, claims, compliance/assurance and external firms to land practical, risk-based outcomes.
• Understand the moving parts; contracts, bordereaux, conduct risk, KPIs/SLAs and be able to spot emerging risk early.
