Climate Group is seeking a Delegate Marketing Manager who will nurture and grow our C-Suite attendees across our flagship events, including Climate Week NYC, the largest event of its kind, which takes place each year in New York City.
This role is pivotal to the success of our programme of events and involves building relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organisation, as well as communicating with external senior climate leaders across the globe. About the role
The Delegate Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing delegate management plus audience growth and engagement, particularly at C suite level, across Climate Group's flagship events, with a particular emphasis on Climate Week NYC.

The Delegate Marketing Manager manages the day-to-day responsibilities of a Fixed Term Contract Customer Service Executive for part of the year, in the lead up to and during Climate Week NYC.

Where you'll work
Based in our London office, near the iconic Tower Bridge, you'll enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement - three days in the office, two days from home each week.
Our office is designed to support both collaborative work and focused individual time. It includes accessible facilities, a well-equipped gym, secure bike storage, and showers. Plus, we're easy to reach by bike and public transport.
The role will require occasional international travel.

The salary offered is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
