Nexus Media Group is a B2B publishing and events business, focusing on the health and education sectors. We are seeking a Delegate Acquisition & Research Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities include collecting and maintaining accurate data to support marketing, sales, and editorial teams. Key projects involve:

  • Researching markets to identify potential delegates or speakers for events/publications.
  • Identifying key decision makers to attend our events.
  • Conducting initial outreach to explore their interest in participation.
  • Supporting content and editorial teams with speaker and content research.

The ideal candidate has experience in delegate acquisition or recruitment research, with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role is hybrid, based in our Southwark/London office.

Responsibilities include researching data records, sources, and sales prospects using tools like LinkedIn and Cognism to identify key contacts. The role offers competitive pay and incentives.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in delegate acquisition or recruitment research roles.
  • Proficiency with data research tools such as HubSpot and Cognism is advantageous.
  • Strong research skills and initiative in sourcing data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with data manipulation skills.
