Job summary

Bechtel in London seeks a seasoned Training and Technical Direction professional to plan, develop, coordinate and review training for large, complex projects. You will prepare estimates, approve staffing and schedules, and ensure performance aligns with scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires collaboration across engineering technology teams and operations to deliver training programs that support project success while maintaining Bechtel’s standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.

Job Summary

In this role, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and review technical direction and training for large, complex projects. You will prepare estimates and work scope, approve staffing needs and schedules, and manage performance. Your interdisciplinary coordination of engineering technology aspects will ensure work meets project requirements and is completed according to scope, schedule, and budget.
