Qualifications

Degree Apprenticeship Coach (Digital and Technology Solutions)

Location: Remote/Home-based

Role Purpose

Within the QA Degree Apprenticeship team, you will provide coaching and mentoring to help students successfully complete their Degree Apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a targeted number of learners throughout their learning journey with guidance
  • Encourage learners to apply new skills and knowledge in their roles
  • Set clear, termly objectives to support timely progression
  • Provide coaching tailored to individual learner needs
  • Support learners through their assessments to successful completion
  • Review and give feedback on evidence produced by learners
  • Identify learners at risk of not meeting Gateway and assessment requirements
  • Communicate proactively with the Academic team to ensure learner support and progression
Requirements

Industry experience in one of the following areas:

  • Software Development/Engineering/Testing
  • Data Analysis/Analytics
  • IT Consulting/Project Management
  • Network Engineering/Consulting
  • Cybersecurity Analysis

Must hold a Master’s degree in a related technical field.
