Depending on your area of interest, we have the option of 3 career paths:

1. Business
2. Project
3. Technical

You will be supported throughout your programme by a mentor who will help you get the most out of your opportunity and ensure you have a valuable experience.

The apprentice programme is 80% on the job and 20% training with your provider.
You will receive a competitive salary whilst you learn along with a great benefit package.

We work with some of the countries leading training providers which you will be allocated to depending on location.

Education and Experience Required:

1. GCSE or "Equivalent" in Maths and English are required, along with 1 *STEM subject preferably.
2. Experience not necessary.
3. A qualification at Level 3 or above *STEM subject preferably.

As an apprentice within DXC Technology our aim is to provide you with learning opportunities to rapidly grow your career and create an experience to remember.

All Early Careers will receive a dedicated onboarding week where you get to know the organisation and meet some of your peers.

We have created an Early Career Experience framework and Community to enjoy so you are creating moments that matter throughout your journey with us.

Along with our Mentoring Program, you will also be provided with a work buddy who will be with you every step of your first 3 months to guide and support.

And to top it all off you will have access to numerous learning platforms to help progress your careers.

Location

As an organisation we are predominantly Virtual First meaning you get the flexibility of working from home and opportunities to meet with your team to discuss project ad-hoc, but on some occasions, we do have roles that are within various base locations across the region. We do expect anyone applying to the roles to be flexible and be prepared to travel when required for your role.
