Job description

I’m working with a renowned tech company known for innovating in the AI space. With a small, but highly skilled team, they’re transforming multiple industries via AI solutions. Using new tech, they understand that security should be priority.


As a Defensive Security Engineer, you will reinforce the company’s security posture, find vulnerabilities and protect vital AI systems and customer data.


Responsibilities:

- You will design and maintain security controls across cloud, network and application environments

- You will monitor and respond to security incidents, leading investigations and mitigation efforts

- You will work closely with AI engineers and developers to embed security best practices in the SDLC

- You will contribute to security architecture reviews, compliance checks and documentation


Required Skills:

- You have C1+ German and B2+ English language skills

- You have 3+ years of experience in defensive security: SOC, blue team or similar roles

- You have technical hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR and cloud security tools

- You have a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Desired Skills:

- You have a deep understanding of machine learning

- You already have experience working with AI-driven platforms
