A Top Tier, leading Defendant Law firm with a strong reputation in healthcare is seeking a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing and successful team.

As one of only ten firms acting for NHS Resolution, the team works on high-profile and meaningful claims involving NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and insurers.

This role involves: managing a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters. Your caseload will be tailored depending on your PQE and experience level; however, full support is provided to all. You will be advising on claims involving NHS bodies, private providers, and insurers.
