You will ensure the safe, effective and compliant delivery of contractual services while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational performance, within a tobacco-free garrison environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering Technician status and Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering qualification.
• Vehicle inspection qualifications and IOSH Working Safely certification.
• Category C licence and ability to obtain MOD security clearance.
• Experience using JAMES at Repair Manager and Senior Equipment Manager levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, compliant and effective delivery of workshop services to contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Manage health, safety and environmental compliance, promoting risk management.
• Provide technical leadership and advice on engineering, compliance and audits.
• Ensure workshop documentation, management systems and regulatory requirements are maintained.
• Lead, coach and develop team members; support performance management and workforce planning.
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate priorities through team briefings.
