Defence Training Supervisor/Training Architect {MoD}

Location: Andover, with 1, 2, or 3 days a week on-site.

Salary: up to £76,000 + Car + Private Health + 6-8% Pension + Discounts + Progression + Training.

Are you a Defence Training Supervisor/Training Architect or similar with a military background looking for an autonomous role where you will be tasked with designing and developing the next generation of training solutions for the Ministry of Defence during our current global crisis?

We offer a unique opportunity for a Military Training Solutions Architect to join a leading international UK defence company. Established around 150 years ago, this defence powerhouse has remained at the forefront of research, training, development, and innovation for the MoD, contributing to some of the largest training and defence projects worldwide.

In this role, the successful Military Training Solutions Architect will be responsible for implementing training and development solutions and systems across a range of military clients, including the RAF, Navy, Army, and more. This position offers both challenges and rewards, providing the opportunity to leverage your skills and work autonomously to meet specific requirements.

The ideal candidate would come from a military background with experience in training and development, possess business acumen, and be capable of implementing systems, simulations, or similar solutions to enhance training for military clients.

The Role:

1. Create technical specifications such as system and user development requirements.
2. Develop training compliance management plans.
3. Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise on training systems and platforms.
4. Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
5. Stay current with new platform and training system developments.

The Person:

1. Ex-military or similar background.
2. MCTS/CAST/CATT/DST/DSAT or similar certifications.
3. Experience in implementing training solutions and systems/simulations.
4. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
5. Willingness to work in Andover 1, 2, or 3 days a week.
