Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a stores, logistics or inventory environment.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
• Understanding of inspection, traceability and stock control processes.
• Good IT literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, locate and issue parts, tooling and consumables using inventory management systems.
• Complete goods-inwards inspections and verify deliveries against documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock records, part identification and tooling information.
• Monitor shelf-life-controlled items and support stocktaking activities.
• Support compliant packaging, labelling and dispatch of goods including regulated items.
• Help maintain secure, safe and well-organised stores areas in line with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
